How to Prepare
Hot Matcha
Add 1 teaspoon (about 1 g) of matcha powder to a cup. Pour in 50–100 ml of hot water (approximately 80°C / 176°F). Whisk until a fine foam forms. (Whisking is recommended but optional.)
Iced Matcha
Add 2 teaspoons (about 2 g, or adjust to taste) of matcha powder to a cup. Pour in 100–150 ml of warm water and stir until dissolved. Add ice cubes and mix gently until chilled.
Matcha Milk
Add 2 teaspoons (about 2 g, or adjust to taste) of matcha powder to a cup. Pour in 100–150 ml of milk, add ice cubes, and stir gently until cold.
